  From start to finish, my experience was dealing with Tuff Shed has been 100% on key, perfect, no complaints. I started doing some homework, looking online for a Tuff Shed back in December. Bill Johannessen contacted me immediately. I told him, was only shopping and to contact me back in around the end of January; he did just that. Not once did he harass me or become a pushy salesman. I visited the showroom in Laplace and was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism that he exhibited. A week or so later, i ordered my Tuff Shed. Two weeks later it was installed. The scheduling and installation of my shed went just as smooth as the purchase. Brandon, the installer was so detailed, courteous and professional. I really could not have asked for a better experience!!! Thank you Tuff Shed for paying for close attention to "customer service", something that is on it's way out with lots of companies.
